Workshop Registration Fees

Full registration fee (150 EUR) and Student Registration Fee (100 EUR) include:

– attendance at all scientific programs;
– a copy of the Abstract book;
– electronic version of the Proceedings book;
– access to coffee-breaks;
– lunch meals;
– cocktail party;
– official Conference dinner;
– a trip to Bukovina UNESCO Monasteries and landscapes.

Discounted registration fee (100 EUR / 50 EUR for students) includes:

– attendance at all scientific programs;
– a copy of the Abstract book;
– electronic version of the Proceedings book;
– access to coffee-breaks;
– lunch meals;
– cocktail party;

Note: Participants from partner institutions benefit from the contractual facilities.

Attendance Certificate

Attendance Certificates will be issued by the Secretariat to the registered participants.

Badges and Security

Participants are requested to wear their personal badges while in the Conference venue and during the Social Events, as it is the single official entrance pass to all activities. For Social Events and visits, it will also be necessary to present the corresponding tickets.
